A ritual bypass of yards on Easter in Virkaǔ village

A ritual bypass of yards on Easter, April 20th, took place in Virkaǔ village (Kličau district, Mahilioǔ region). The event was organized by Žana Jaǔhienaǔna Ačynovič, a worker of Kličau House of Culture. Participants of National Youth Non-governmental Organization "Student Ethnographic Association" joined the event. During the bypass Easter songs of Virkaǔ village were sung. Virkau residents gave the bypassers presents as in old times: coloured eggs and other meals.
